Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Megababe products, but if something isn't working out, we offer returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain personal care items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring the products are cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
